1. Introduction

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Affiliate Program operated by PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY (“Company”).

By registering as an Affiliate on www.passonefuture.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Third-Party Products

1. Certain products listed on the Website (including but not limited to Water Ionizer Machines) may be manufactured and supplied by third-party companies.

2. All Guarantees, Warranties, After-Sales Services, and Product Support shall be the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturing company.

3. PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any manufacturing defect, service delay, warranty claim, or product-related complaint.

4. Customers must directly contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty or service claims.

3. Commission Structure

1. Affiliate commission shall be payable only if:

The order is successfully placed;

Full payment is received by the Company;

The order is not cancelled, refunded, or returned.

2. Commission rates shall be determined solely at the discretion of the Company and may be revised at any time without prior notice.

3. Commission shall be approved only after successful delivery of the product.

4. No Commission on Returns or Refunds

1. No commission shall be payable on returned, cancelled, or refunded orders.

2. If commission has already been paid and the order is later returned or refunded, the Company reserves the right to deduct or adjust such commission from future payouts.

5. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent promoters. Nothing in this Agreement shall create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between the Company and the Affiliate.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Generating fake or fraudulent orders

Self-purchasing for the purpose of earning commission

Providing misleading or false information

Making unauthorized claims about the product

Engaging in spam, illegal marketing, or unethical promotional methods Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Affiliate account without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Affiliate Program or sale of products.

8. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at its sole discretion in case of:

Violation of these Terms

Fraudulent activity

Any action that harms the reputation or business interests of the Company

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar, India.

   Company bina notice ke services modify, suspend ya discontinue kar sakti hai.
3. User Eligibility
   User confirm karta hai ki:
   Uski age 18+ hai
   Di gayi information sahi aur legal hai
   Galat information ke liye company zimmedaar nahi hogi.
4. Payments
   Sabhi payments non-refundable hain jab tak explicitly mention na ho
   Government fees, third-party charges refund nahi honge
   Delay ya rejection government portal ki wajah se ho sakta hai
5. Limitation of Liability
   Company kisi bhi loss, delay, penalty, profit loss ya legal action ke liye liable nahi hogi jo:
   User ki galat information
   Government rules change
   Technical issues
   Third-party failure
   ke kaaran ho.
6. Termination
   Company bina notice ke user access terminate kar sakti hai agar:
   Policy violation ho
   Fraud ya misuse detect ho
7. Governing Law
   Yeh agreement Indian Law ke under governed hoga aur jurisdiction India ke courts tak simit rahegi.
